MSIG Indonesia's Extraordinary Commitment to Education and Sustainability of Paliyan
We, MSIG Indonesia, a general insurance company with a strong commitment to corporate social responsibility, recently conducted a CSR activity aimed at supporting elementary schools in Paliyan, Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. This philanthropic event took place on Thursday, August 24, 2023, and was attended by the Board of Directors and Technical Advisors.
In his passionate speech, Mr. Takashi Ogita, Finance Director of MSIG Indonesia, emphasized the company's unwavering dedication to improving education in the Paliyan community. He stated, "Since 2005, MSIG Indonesia has consistently been a strong supporter of schools in Paliyan, coinciding with the start of the Paliyan Reforestation Project. This year, we are deepening our commitment by providing assistance through the donation of a wide range of essential items to support teaching and learning activities, including school supplies, sports equipment, musical instruments, health resources, scouting equipment, and much more."
