- Manage marketing and sales activities in branch areas.
- Build relationships with clients and partners.
- Coordinate business development programs locally.
- Monitor performance and ensure service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in insurance marketing, business development, or partner management.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with insurance products and marketing processes.
- Willing to be placed in branch or representative office locations (Batam, Medan, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Denpasar, Palembang).
