- Loss or damage to your unmanned aerial vehicle/drone and its ancillary equipment.
- Theft or loss of your unmanned aerial vehicle/drone and its ancillary equipment.
- Personal accident for approved drone pilots.
General Exclusions
- Unmanned aerial vehicle/drone used for personal or recreational purposes and for unauthorized purposes.
- Operated outside of the geographic limit.
- Operated by other than specified in the policy.
- Property damage and/or bodily injury caused directly or indirectly as a result of racing, time trials, aerial acrobatics, and other similar activities.
Exclusions Applicable for Loss/Damage to the Drone
- Wear and tear, deterioration, breakdown, and defect.
- All claims caused by progressive or cumulative effects.
Exclusions Applicable for Third Party Liability
- Violation of Privacy Laws, Trespass or Data Misuse.
- Bodily injury sustained by your employees.
- Bodily injury sustained by the unmanned aerial vehicle/drone operator.
- Loss of or damage to any property belonging to you or in your care, custody, or control.
- All claims caused by noise, pollution, electrical, and electromagnetic damage.
- Consequential loss.
