Sometimes unexpected losses may occur but our travel insurance will cover for Loss of Money and Personal Belonging, such as Insured’s cash money or travel cheque. Insurer will give indemnity if the Insured’s money and personal belonging are lost when carried by Insured or lost in locked hotel room during the trip(*).

The maximum amount of indemnity in respect one insured person shall not exceed the sum insured of the selected insurance package as mentioned in the Policy Schedule. However, please be noted that there are some exclusions(*) which may apply for this coverage, those are:

  1. Any loss not reported to the local police, hotel management, or public authority within 24 hours of discovery.
  2. Shortage due to error, omission, exchange or depreciation in value.
