MSIG Indonesia Received the Award “The 2nd Best General Insurance (Gross Premium < IDR. 3 Trillion) In Costumer Resilience Level” from Infobank and MRI

MSIG Indonesia received a great appreciation, namely the award “The 2nd Best General Insurance (Gross Premium <IDR. 3 Trillion) In Costumer Resilience Level” in the category of Satisfaction, Loyalty, And Engagement 2025 General Insurance With Gross Premium Under IDR 3 Trillion. The award was presented by Infobank Magazine at the “Starting Year Forum 2025” event at the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta on Tuesday, 4 February 2025, with our Vice President Director, Bernardus P. Wanandi, present to receive the award.

​ MSIG Indonesia received a great appreciation, namely the award “The 2nd Best General Insurance (Gross Premium <IDR. 3 Trillion) In Costumer Resilience Level” in the category of Satisfaction, Loyalty, And Engagement 2025 General Insurance With Gross Premium Under IDR 3 Trillion. The award was presented by Infobank Magazine at the “Starting Year Forum 2025” event at the Grand Ballroom of Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta on Tuesday, 4 February 2025, with our Vice President Director, Bernardus P. Wanandi, present to receive the award.      “Starting Year Forum 2025” titled Monetary Policy Mix to Support the Government's Economic Development Agenda presented by the Governor of Bank Indonesia, then a discussion session on Economy Outlook 2025 themed Opportunities & Challenges 2025—Reading the Signs of an Impending Crisis Amid Global Uncertainty and Weak Purchasing Power, with Indonesian experts and economists.  At the top of the agenda of “Starting Year Forum 2025,” Infobank gave the annual Satisfaction, Loyalty, and Engagement (SLE) 2025 recognition for the 8th time in a row to banks and General Insurance, including MSIG Indonesia, which managed to achieve the best index of satisfaction, loyalty, and engagement with its customers. This award is based on the SLE 2025 survey conducted with a total of 1,457 respondents in 9 major cities in Indonesia. This achievement shows that people trust MSIG Indonesia as a reliable partner in providing assurance through our service products.  ​
