Jakarta, December 10, 2019. PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia launched the online-based motor vehicle insurance claim feature named MSIG e-CL @IM. This service is one of MSIG Indonesia efforts to provide the best service to MSIG Indonesia's Insurance Policy Holders, particularly MSIG Motor Vehicle Insurance. This online claim feature can be found on the MSIG Indonesia Insurance official website, msig.co.id, inside the MSIG e-CL @IM page. Currently the only claim service which can be done on these features is motor vehicle insurance, MSIG Indonesia Insurance continues to develop this feature hence in the near future it will be able to serve all MSIG insurance product claims.

With online claim feature, it will be easier for Policy Holders to submit claims wherever and whenever they are. Simply using a smart phone or laptop, Policy Holders can submit a claim without the need to use conventional methods such as reporting via telephone, fax or email. Policy Holders only need to access the MSIG e-CL @IM page without the need to download any application, then fill out the form contained in the menu and upload the claim document requirements such as vehicle registration, driver's license, police letters and photos of proof of damage, in filing an online claim.

In addition to making a claim, in the Online Vehicle Claim menu there is also information about the workshop list, claim status, 24-hour emergency contact and the SPK issuance process, to make it easy for Policy Holders to find out whatever information they need through one platform.
