Did You Know? - KIR Test of Motor Vehicle

Have you ever heard about KIR? Car owners mostly understood this test for their vehicles. KIR is taken from the Dutch word "KEUR", which means inspection. KIR is a series of checks that must be carried out to ensure that vehicles operating on the road comply with the requirements, are safe, and are fit to drive on the road. This is also stated in Law Number 22 of 2009 concerning Road Traffic and Transportation, regulated in Article 53, Paragraph 1 concerning KIR. KIR testing is mandatory for commercial vehicles, whether used to transport passengers or goods.
