MSIG Indonesia Received Two Infobank Insurance Awards 2025

MSIG Indonesia was honored with two awards at the Infobank Insurance Awards 2025 during the Non-Bank Financial Forum held at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta on Friday, 1 August 2025. The company received recognition as The Best Performance General Insurance Company for 15 Consecutive Years (2010–2024) and The Excellent Performance General Insurance Company (Gross Premium IDR 1 Trillion to < IDR 2.5 Trillion).

The Infobank Insurance Awards 2025 recognize the top-performing insurance companies of the year. Now in its 26th year since its inception in 1999, the awards have become an important benchmark for the insurance industry in Indonesia.

This year, a total of 67 insurance companies were recognized, including 43 general insurers, 20 life insurers, and 4 reinsurers. Awards were based on ratings of 117 insurance companies conducted by the Infobank Research Bureau (birI), using audited and published financial statements for 2023–2024.

The evaluation of general insurance companies covered ten key criteria, including Risk-Based Capital (RBC), liquidity, gross premium growth, investment adequacy ratio, underwriting performance, and profit/loss ratio relative to equity. These results reflect companies that consistently maintain strong financial performance while providing reliable service to their customers.
