MSIG Indonesia Launches the MSIG Mobile Application, Practical Solutions for Convenience in Insurance

Jakarta, 28 March 2021 - PT Asuransi MSIG Indonesia (MSIG Indonesia) launches the MSIG Mobile application, a one-stop insurance solutions platform, that provides convenience to access various general insurance needs such as insurance product information that fits your need, product purchases, claim submissions, owned-insurance management, up to contact information related to insurance products. With a borderless concept, where all the information available in this application can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the features are presented in a simple way with information that are updated in real time.

Vice President Director of MSIG Indonesia, Bernard Wanandi, when attending the virtual launch of the MSIG Mobile application, Monday (28/3/2022) said, "MSIG Mobile is a practical solution for our customers or anyone who wants access to complete information, an easy process and control over their owned insurance products in the all-digital era, especially the current pandemic situation. The launch of this application is another implementation of MSIG Indonesia's commitment to always provide service facilities that exceed expectations."

The innovative features available in MSIG Mobile include:

  • Buying Motor and Travel Insurance. Various kinds of product information that meet the needs of motorized vehicles and travel can be viewed in full range. In this feature, prospective customers can directly make purchases online and then later issuing a policy in just a few hours after the payment is verified.
  • E-Quotation. This feature makes it easier for MSIG personal insurance owners to manage their insurance. Customer can monitor their active policies and initial renewal notification will be shown when their policies insurance have been expired. The list of insurance owned by the customer is displayed complete with the policy number, period, and active status. By following some of the steps, customers can already get verification of their insurance extension.
  • Claim Phone & Notification. All telephone numbers related to submitting claims for personal and commercial insurance products are fully provided in this feature. Further than that, customers who own motor vehicle insurance can also submit claims because the e-CL@IM system has been integrated into the MSIG Mobile and customers can monitor the status of the claim submission.
  • Checkpoints. Application users who already have certain insurance products can participate in the Loyalty Program which is only available on the MSIG Mobile application. Simply by providing referrals or participating in simple engagement activities such as watching videos, filling out surveys and others, customers will earn reward points that can be exchanged for various attractive vouchers available.
  • News and Video Information. In these features, customer can read any updated news about MSIG Indonesia and watch virtual information through provides videos. 

As a platform that connects various previously owned systems, MSIG Mobile offers a hassle-free, fast experience and supports high mobility for customers and prospective customers. MSIG Mobile is now available for download on Android and iOS based mobile phone. In the future, MSIG Indonesia will continue to update the information, features and appearance in it periodically to improve the convenience of using the application.
