Did You Know? Theft Risk in Warehouse

Businesses face various types of theft risks, including robbery by outsiders and theft by insiders. To prevent those losses, some preventive actions below can be one of the solutions to secure your property.

Secure your facility perimeter from an external factor:

  1. Security against Marking. Place the sign on the outer side fence, gate, and doors of the business/warehouse with clear and attractive color that mentions/states the message of prohibition or warning. Those signs made the criminal think twice about doing a criminal act.
  2. Fence in Your Business/Warehouse Area. Make your business/warehouse area surrounded by a fence with an appropriate fence design to protect your property. Please be sure that your business/warehouse building has an appropriate design fence that does not easily climb up or break down. Regularly patrolling the surrounding fence to check no broken fence and immediately fixing the broken fence is also a good routine for the security aspect.
  3. Lighting & CCTV. Set up lighting to increase night visibility around your business/warehouse area and install CCTV for easy monitored all areas. This act will increase your security strength and no way from sneaking into your property.
  4. Security Guard Office & Access Control. Control who is allowed to enter or exit your premises. And record all the guests who visit your premises.
